In the field of deep-sea electrical and electronic design and manufacturing, we possess advanced capabilities in electrical design, fabrication, and testing. We provide tailor-made electrical design solutions to meet the specific needs of deep-sea equipment research and application, fully addressing the circuit fabrication and testing requirements for deep-sea equipment and critical components.
SEAWARD Technologies has partnered with an ISO 9001-2015 certified testing and assembly facility. The facility features a climate-controlled area for inventory storage and quality control. The workshop is equipped with a cold isostatic press capable of applying pressures up to 150 MPa for testing thermal stabilizers, sockets, ROV panels, and other subsea hardware and equipment—meeting deep-sea pressure testing requirements for depths of up to 10,000 meters. In addition, the workshop is outfitted with an on-site 20-ton gantry crane that accommodates trailers up to 13 meters in length. Deep-Sea Workshop No. 1 spans 5310.12 square meters, while Deep-Sea Workshop No. 2 covers 1900 square meters.
